We're not quite as good as Arsenal ( 7-0 ) , so i'm going for a 4 - 0 victory to the Superwhites ,

No, it's Saturday. Fridays falling on the thirteenth don't exist and therefore create a vacuum for 24 hours. Hence the UK Saturday disappears. So Sunday's really Saturday at the Reebok. Gorrit, sailor?

Close! Anywhatsit it confirms us in sixth position - equal on points to the Scousers - you can't ask more than that. What a friggin' season. A diabolical run through November and December but still manage a UEFA spot. I'm over the moon. It appears that our last 2004/05 game was somewhat physical and that both sides were involved. 10 men for more than half the game and we still manage to overcome mighty Everton. Fantastic. It's a pity that Liverpool managed to win - fifth would have been terrific. Ah well.

I'm with you on that, Margo! Don't forget that Preston's in with a chance of the third promotion spot. Given their overall performance, though, I supect it'll be Ipswich. Incidentally, what happened to the Glory? Losing out on the chance of a million dollars or so - most unlike you lot.

| We feel quite cheated of our rightful spot representing Australia, as we are ''back to back'' Champions .. It’s a World Champions Tournament for Gawds sake! Apart from that: Not got a full team. Need a striker. Only 5 players left of last seasons team ... No decent competition leading up to this game...I could go on... & on... AND a SCOUSER for a coach!!! Maybe IF we had gone straight on to Tahiti, there may have been more preparation etc ... who knows? We'll see when the season starts proper.

| Well obviously not as good as Sydney! (they have half our players! ) but yes, they'll be good, especially with Andre Gumprecht; Tom Pondeljak and MY Nicky Mrdja ( socially that lad is such a laugh!) It's a shame both Tom and Andre were ruled out with injuries or the result could/would (?) have been different.

| No, actually I'm looking forward to their start. Imagine Glory and WF to support? Plus I believe a lot of WF supporters will be drinking at OUR watering hole in Northbridge. (which BTW has been refurbished into a 'sportsbar' with Foxtel and 3 big screens!) Looks great! (Gawd I've got to get back to work or I'll not be able to afford tickets to either codes if I get sacked!)

Im looking forward to the Force. The Glory - well we have fans that expect us to be the standard above any in the A-League. But well done lads from Lancashire, you make me a proud Trotter for another year Theres no greater feeling then supporting the Mighty Bolton Wanderers and Perth Glory.
