Lews Therin Telamon, the Dragon, the Lord of the Morning, was amongst the greatest of the
Aes Sedai, those who could channel the One Power. He led the Champions to victory against the
Dark One in the War of the Shadow.
However, the Dark One's counterstroke tainted the Male half of the source of the One Power, and so
drove all male Aes Sedai mad. Between them they broke the World such that none could be as it
had been before. Lews Therin in his madness killed all who carried his blood and so earnt the title,
Kinslayer.
The Age of Legends are long past, but the prophecies say that one day the Last Battle will come
when the Dark One breaks free from his prison. The Dragon shall be reborn to again break the World
but in doing so and with his death, he shall save it.
Kinslayer... The Lord of the Morning... The Coramoor of the Atha'an Miere... The Aiel Car'a'carn...
The Dragon is indeed reborn, and his name is Rand Al'Thor!
