More "standard" song structure, plus on the song "Rain on Tin" they take that unique silent to a scream thing they do to it's absolute pinnacle. Then, probably knowing it sounded so cool, they quiet the music down and do it again. Amy Simmons from the Village Voice slammed them in this weeks column. I am going to NYC and I am going to violently and slowly kill her. |

Personally, I haven't heard the album, but the review seemed like it was barking up the wrong tree. There was a thread about it on I Love Music, but I'm too lazy to look it up. I think the title had something about "keep Chuck Eddy away from the jailbait" in it, though. |
