I have a hard time holding an image in my brain for very long without my subconcious mutating it into something else. The more I use my right brain the easier it becomes to visualize something. I, too, find that the task becomes easier as I'm falling asleep. For me, I would almost equate the ability with a muscle, one which is in need of strenghtening. Have you ever seen the book, _Drawing on the Right side of the Brain_? Perhaps you should spend some time doing the exercises in it. I mean the ones intended to promote a shift to right brain mode; and see what results. We'll have to talk about this further. I've got to go now and email my fellow brothers in Waldo. See you there! |

That book sounds interesting! I didn't get a Waldo email -- did you send one yet? |
