Comments:  I think lecthin is said to have benefits for those afflicted with carpal tunnel syndrome. Every time I eat crunchy peanut butter (i.e. every day) I wind up with a peanut trapped somehow between my bottom wisdom tooth and the next tooth closest. It can take hours to dislodge it, too. Do they sell Adams peanut butter on the east coast? You should look for it. It's comprised soley of peanuts and a nominal amount of salt. You have to stir it a little every couple of days, or so, but it's worth it. No hydrogenated oil, rapeseed or otherwise.

Comments:  That makes sense, re lecithin, as I think it's one of those substances that little cells find helpful and nutritious. Baby chickens hang out in a lot of it, as I recall...

I don't know if they sell Adams, but I've definitely had natural peanut butter! It's one of those things that I come and go on -- sometimes I really like natural peanut butter, other times I'm not so into it. I think it depends on how badly I need something sweet (which isn't usually too badly). Of course I just ate a cup of chocolate-and-peanut-butter ice cream, so it's easy for me to speak from a peanut-sated perspective...

Comments:  "the next tooth closest." What the hell was that?
My installation in the cd club probably won't see the light of day before March, but it's coming!
